All orders are processed within 24 hours min 14 days max. 

Because our soaps and bath products are handcrafted in small batches, this timeframe allows us to properly prepare, cure, and package each item to ensure the highest quality.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches.

We ship orders using trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

  • FedEx

The shipping carrier is selected based on the most efficient and reliable option for your order.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (U.S. only).


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

We currently ship within the United States.


Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos

  • If your package is lost, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.


Product Care During Shipping

Our products are made with natural oils and butters:

  • Items may soften in warm temperatures

  • Minor cosmetic changes may occur in cold conditions

These changes do not affect product quality or performance.
